Key Responsibilities:
- Assign system-generated trouble tickets to Network Engineers for troubleshooting.
- Monitor and ensure the stability of the network.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the Global Service Desk.
- Collaborate with other Global Service Desk Managers across various regions.
- Proactively address issues for priority customers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned based on evolving business needs.
- Oversee training and certification processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Computers, Electronics, Communication, or a related field.
- Graduated or post-graduated in Science, Maths, IT, or related disciplines with pertinent technology experience.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Python at a basic or beginner level.
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous, such as Bash, Perl, PHP.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift.
- Ability to take initiatives for individual projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
