Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Talent Advisor, assisting individuals in planning their hiring and effectively positioning open roles.
  • Conduct market mapping to comprehend the talent market and benchmark competition for assigned businesses and roles.
  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for associated businesses.
  • Ensure a positive and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Achieve high-quality hiring results.
  • Source the most relevant candidates through a diverse range of channels.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the hiring process for candidates.
  • Maintain relevant data and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Compensation, HRBP, HR Ops, to oversee the recruiting process until onboarding.
  • Contribute to building Meesho’s talent brand.
  • Be an integral part of the larger TA and HR team, contributing to central projects and activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Possesses 1-2 years of work experience in hiring for non-technical roles within a high-quality and high-velocity environment. Any agency experience should be additional to this.
  • Demonstrates excellent domain knowledge in at least two business domains, such as sales, growth, strategy & operations, category management, creative, marketing, operations, finance, etc.

Preferred skills:

  • Exhibits strong skills in sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and compensation negotiation.
  • Displays excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders and driving meaningful conversations.
  • Proficient in the latest technology and trends within the recruiting space.
  • Possesses a data-driven mindset and a proven ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Innovative in developing frugal yet impactful methods for building and engaging the talent pipeline.
