Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure error-free processing of transactions in accordance with prescribed guidelines, implementing checks and controls on both day 1 and day 2.
- Validate requests to comply with specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Promptly address exception items, bringing them to the attention of senior personnel.
- Adhere to internal policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all audit requirements, both internal and external, with the goal of achieving zero exceptions.
- Review and address all exceptions or rejects, providing necessary information to senior management.
- Share Management Information System (MIS) reports periodically.
- Address branch and business support queries promptly.
- Close referrals with adequate resolution within the stipulated TAT.
- Maintain MIS records for the handled process.
- Work towards minimizing customer complaints.
- Provide suggestions for process improvement.

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA

- Possesses Banking Product and Process Knowledge.
