Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality financial/non-financial data into work tools, adhering to guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
• Develop a strong understanding of the dataset, workflows, and proficient knowledge of work tools.
• Contribute input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
• Achieve predefined individual and team targets, ensuring outcomes meet high standards of quality and excellence.
• Foster technical expertise within the department.
• Troubleshoot problems or issues and actively support team members in enhancing workflows/processes.
• Review feedback on transaction content, identifying errors, and contribute to the establishment or refinement of procedures and processes for improved accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technologies, computer science, or equivalent.
• For candidates with 0-6 months of experience: Graduation in B.Com/BBA or M.Com/Post-Graduate/MBA with a major specialization in Finance and a strong academic track record.
• Preferred qualifications include an MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance.

Preferred skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements and annual reports.
• Familiarity with various secondary research sources.
• Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Proficient in conducting efficient thematic online research.
• Eagerness to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Python and SQL languages.
• Intermediate knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Snowflake.
