Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion of all requests on a daily basis, adhering to strategic approaches and consistently meeting payroll deadlines in accordance with procedural guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service, maintaining a high level of excellence through proactive measures.
- Record and maintain accurate activity information, ensuring timely closure.
- Collaborate with the team before escalating doubtful queries to the NL HR team.
- Stay up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments, taking responsibility for maintaining consistency in performance to support current and future business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Tools and SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan effectively, and adapt schedules for urgent assignments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
