Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and tasks related to a functional area or business partner.
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert (SME) from the Management Information Systems (MIS) department.
- Assemble data, build reports/dashboards, and provide input on out-of-the-box solutions for business partners.
- Identify risks and opportunities, along with potential solutions, to unlock value.
- Manage ongoing data input to, and information production from, databases.
- Collect and clean data from diverse sources and explore new data sources.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Over 2 years of professional experience, combining business expertise with relevant MIS/Technology exposure.
- Familiarity with business operations, procedures, and a capacity to link them to core business principles.
- First-hand knowledge of procuring source data from various locations, integrating them, and providing usable information for reporting and analysis.
- General willingness and adaptability to learn new technologies.
- Open-minded approach, considering various perspectives.
- Proactive in anticipating and resolving customer and general issues with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in reporting and data analysis development, meeting stringent deadlines.
- Preferred experience with call center technology data (Avaya CMS, IVR, Aspect, eWFM).
- Desired experience with Fraud Operations, CTO Operations, and other CCB LOBs.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in R/Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Anaconda, HIVEQL.
- Experience in creating and deploying reports using BI tools (e.g., SSRS, Tableau, Microstrategy, Clickview).
- Strong ability to write/understand SQL (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Skill in sourcing and compiling data from tools with ETL capabilities (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, Trifacta, Abinitio, R, SAS).
