Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and on-the-spot training to customers utilizing the company’s product, responding to incoming queries.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by educating them on the product’s functional capabilities and potential upgrades.
- Assist in enhancing the product by collecting customer feedback to identify recurring issues, collaborating with the product manager to address them.
- Uphold high service standards, exceeding expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
- Achieved a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- No history of backlogs or gap years during the education period.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated enthusiasm to acquire knowledge about the company’s products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in handling a substantial volume of inbound customer queries.
- Technical acumen and the capacity to comprehend and articulate intricate concepts in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Empathetic approach towards customers with a strong customer-centric orientation.
- Proficiency in additional regional languages is beneficial, particularly if the company operates within the country.
