Key Responsibilities:
- Validate purchase order (PO) requests to ensure accurate billing of orders.
- Interact consistently with clients, providing support and addressing their feedback as needed. Willing to offer support at various locations according to client expectations.
- Manage Order to Cash processes, focusing on collections and dispute management. Implement and enforce relevant strategies.
- Engage with end customers through calls and emails to collect overdue amounts.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collections targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and Country/Regional Financial Directors through various communication channels.
- Lead and participate in conference calls with Country/Regional Financial Managers.
- Attend governance meetings at the country/region level and collaborate effectively with team members to meet deliverables. Motivate and assist team members in developing process standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Concur.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
