Key Responsibilities for Process Associate:
- Achieves or surpasses established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Engages in ad-hoc operational projects and audits.
- Grasps the operational goals, vision, charter, and procedural steps.
- Carries out assigned project components within specific audit processes.
- Maintains 24/7/365 availability, demonstrating a readiness to work on weekends and beyond standard work hours.

Key Responsibilities for Content Reviewer:
- As a Content Reviewer, your primary role involves the review of advertisements within the Amazon Dynamic advertising program. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting reviews and audits of video advertisements, content, and emails in American English.
- Meticulously examining advertising content to ensure compliance with provided guidelines.
- Reviewing customer feedback and incorporating insights into the evaluation process.
- Applying intuitive judgment to identify and emphasize recommendations, improvements, or inconsistencies in the data.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to advertisements through effective troubleshooting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree;
- Candidates with any undergraduate degree (Japanese Language specialists must have at least an N4 level certification).
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibits effective written and oral communication skills.
- Achieves or exceeds productivity and accuracy targets in assigned audit/quality processes.
- Drives process/system improvements based on ongoing trends and identified gaps.
- Engages in tactical issue-based communications with internal teams.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in advanced-level Excel.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Competent in internet navigation and keyboard typing skills.
- Possesses problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in statistics, including averages, trends, outliers, and charting, would be advantageous.
- Capable of working independently and thinking creatively.
