Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting, coding, improving, and testing software applications to align with business process demands.
- Concentrating on Front End development with Angular and Back End development employing Java technologies.
- Actively participating in the ongoing enhancement of web applications built on a service-oriented architecture, encompassing UI, Services, and databases.
- Collaborating with lead software engineers to guide the technical and architectural aspects of projects.
- Investigating, evaluating, designing, and delivering solutions that align with business and application development strategies.
- Cooperating with globally dispersed development teams from various functions to support project development and fulfill business requisites.
- Designing and implementing new projects and enhancements in response to evolving business requirements.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and necessary adjustments.
- Preparing comprehensive documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree considered a valuable asset.
- A track record of 1-3 years in software development.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented design and development.
- Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Bonus points for prior experience in developing multi-tiered enterprise applications.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Java and related technologies/frameworks, including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSR-RS, Junit, SLF4J, and more.
- Proficiency in using AngularJS, and familiarity with other popular front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, as well as associated tools like NPM and Bower.
- Experience working with contemporary web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of build and dependency management tools like Maven, and experience with source code management systems such as Subversion and Bit Bucket.
- Competence in working within an agile development process, including practices like SCRUM, Unit Testing, Continuous Build and Integration, and more.
- Familiarity with various Application Frameworks and Engines.
- Proficiency in working with databases, including SQL, Oracle, Sybase, MySql, MongoDB, and others.
