Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of manager capability building training and employee learning programs.
- Develop and manage training calendars to ensure the timely execution of training programs.
- Create and implement asynchronous learning paths to cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Manage the MyAcademy online learning platform to ensure its functionality, content, and accessibility.
- Monitor and analyze platform usage, track progress, and implement necessary improvements.
- Encourage engagement and facilitate discussions among learners within the Slack community.
- Cultivate a supportive and interactive learning environment.
- Execute initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to promote an inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure DEI objectives are achieved.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solicit feedback and input to enhance learning programs and initiatives.
