Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend product requirements and contribute to the design process.
- Collaborate in the development of test cases for requirements, including defining test steps and expected outcomes.
- Engage in the execution of test scenarios and the assessment of test results.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive product support materials for learning and deployment.
- Participate in sprint meetings to facilitate progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Co-manage technology enhancement projects in coordination with global technology counterparts.
- Participate in business stakeholder activities in conjunction with technology projects, such as business validation and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Act as a primary expert on tool capabilities, aiding in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions.
- Collaborate with technology business analysts and product managers to influence enhancement designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Proactively monitor tool usage, highlight areas of concern, and provide insights on observed trends.
- Assist in the collection of end user feedback on a regular basis and synthesize it into actionable recommendations.
- Support product operations, including tool enhancements, optimization, and quality, primarily outsourced offshore.
- Effectively communicate with Product Leads and stakeholders, providing updates on tool issues, next steps, and resolution timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices and share acquired knowledge with the product team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and Microsoft SharePoint Online.
- Exposure to knowledge management and content management tools, or relevant client service experience in a professional services organization.
- Experience with internal portal management, maintenance, or website maintenance.
- Understanding of enterprise search, SharePoint, and the cloud ecosystem (preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (required).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (required).
- Intermediate knowledge of Omniture/Site Catalyst (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, MS Graph, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Intermediate), and Adobe XD.
- Fundamental understanding of AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI.
