Key Responsibilities:
- For the P&A function of the Technology business, support all financial processes and reporting, including month-end, actuals, budget, forecast of various financial and headcount/resourcing metrics and scenarios/views, and variance analysis.
- Provide headcount reporting and planning with requisitions management, vendor management for the respective business managers for the Digital business, and manage the cost centre hierarchy and changes requested to the same. a particular emphasis on headcount, location strategy, and budget reporting.
- Meet often with technology teams and partners to discuss risks and opportunities relating to budgets and projections as well as actual financial performance.
- The capacity to recognise and use best practices from other tech F&BM groups
- To give transparency and insight on technology expenses, risks & opportunities, run rate analysis, efficiency programmes, and resource strategy agenda, the key partner works with the various Technology Finance & Business Manager departments.
- Regularly deliver ad hoc financial analysis to high management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required – degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
- Experience working with partners in either a financial or business management position and offering advice to top management.
- Ability to communicate information in a clear, succinct manner that compellingly illustrates the story behind finances.
Preferred skills:
- It would be preferred to have extensive knowledge of SAP, Essbase, and Excel.
- Understanding Tableau and Alteryx will be advantageous.
