Key Responsibilities:
- You will analyse tickets, analyse service interruptions, prioritise issues, and follow up with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
- You’ll make sure that the necessary ticket data is available for additional analysis (such as an error screenshot and the customer ID), and you’ll use methods and procedures to address issues that are well-known or frequently occur.
- You will put your talents to use by making efficient use of the documentation and knowledge base that is already in place to achieve first-level and rapid wins.
- You will manage the queue to assign tickets to other teams, follow up to ensure a prompt resolution, and monitor SLAs.
- In accordance with SOPs, you will update checklists for quality control and progress monitoring.
- By monitoring and publishing the SLA achievement, you’ll make sure that the changeover between shifts runs smoothly.
- As a point of contact, you will make sure that all communications and paperwork are crystal clear.
- You will validate, verify, and correct system artefacts (such as reports, invoices, event records, screens, and so on) as necessary. Any mistakes found will be reported and appropriately documented.
- You will use the web interface, run jobs and maps, carry out basic configuration and installation, and create backups when operating a software system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Preferred skills:
- At least one programming language writing experience.
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Development.
- Proven track record in Production Support/Application Support.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including morning, general, afternoon, and night.
