Key Responsibilities:
- Answering client questions via social media, email, and web chat
- Provide product and service information to inform existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure that client records are accurate.
- To the Team Leader and Ops Team, identify and escalate the most pressing concerns.
- Participate fully in team meetings.
- Respond to all inquiries in a courteous and competent manner.
- Customers’ inquiries are investigated and troubleshooted, and a suitable and satisfactory solution is provided.
- Informing clients about products and procedures
- Report any problems to the Team Leader.
- Fulfil predetermined KPIs and objectives.
- Closely follow shift schedules
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and processes as set out
- Collaboration with the team is key.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree from any stream if a Fresher.
- Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
- A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
