Key Responsibilities:
- You will support us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas, such as hiring, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organisation development, and culture. You will be connected to our Human Resources vertical.
- You’ll be a part of the HR Operations team, whose job it is to support business operations with backend HR services.
- Services related to administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management are included in HR operations and operational HR.
- To support the complete employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, this team designs, develops, and implements an HR delivery strategy.
- This entails coordinating and carrying out HR tasks as well as coaching and counselling account/engagement leads and workers as necessary.
- They are involved in HR Operations Processes like Exit, WFA, Benefits, and Recruitment.
