Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and validation of private client information from both internal and external sources.
- Compare and contrast variations in KYC records, then draw attention to and emphasise any discrepancies.
- Interacting with the middle office and taking part in KYC/AML interactions to finish the case on schedule.
- Offer our internal and external customers the best possible customer service, including confidentiality.
- To follow up on unresolved alignment items across several lines of business and close the loop on the alignment as a member of the holistic client review team.
- Being adaptable enough to work on other migration/remediation projects, such as Screening resolution, other line of business holistic alignment, or Quality Assurance.
- Ability to summarise the client’s overall risk after understanding the KYC risk elements.

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate Degree
