Key Responsibilities:
- Employee delight (Moments policy) and employee engagement (via recognition, a gratitude policy, happy hours, and organisational level engagement events).
- Weekly MIS and Dashboarding with HRBPs on the efforts for employee engagement and satisfaction (ED weekly update).
- Operationalizing and launching employee satisfaction programmes.
- Budget management for the ED, complete vendor management, and billing.
- Additional options for education solving Informal connect & hybrid model staff involvement would be included in the role’s responsibilities.
- Gaining practical experience with design solutions connected to engagement and HR analytics.
