Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage tickets, look at them, and resolve reported requests.
• Automated problems should be investigated, and Engineering or Services should be contacted if necessary to locate and fix the problem.
• Identifies and fixes user account and application access issues
• To ensure that all systems are up and operating, do daily system management duties.
• In order to achieve high availability, software installation and configuration should be done in cloud environments.
• In order to guarantee high availability, ideal performance, and responsiveness of the system, monitor and resolve application issues.
• Maintain and run production orchestration procedures
• Complete recurring automation-related application software updates and version upgrades.
• Installing and configuring fresh client environments as necessary
• Support product development teams in the delivery of continuous integration and continuous deployment by giving them templates and guidelines to follow so that the code they produce can be scaled and deployed on common technologies and platforms.
• Carries out fundamental database monitoring and database performance problem-solving.
• Participate in emergency response, after-hours maintenance as needed, and customer calls as required to support initiatives and incident response
• Participate in shift rotations and 24-hour on-call assistance, if necessary; be able to communicate clearly and cooperate with others to handle

Eligibility Criteria:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate should be motivated and eager to learn because this is an entry-level role.

Preferred Skills:

• An understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (proven competence or relevant work experience desirable).
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (preferable with evidence of competence or relevant work experience).
• Familiarity with the methods and technologies used in configuration management and orchestration.
• Mastery of at least one programming language.
• A working knowledge of operating system administration.
• The capacity to manage a demanding workload with numerous projects and frequent interruptions.
• Strong written and vocal communication abilities Ability to operate in a changing, dynamic environment.
