- In order to maintain optimal performance and availability, monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- To maintain systems secure and up to date, do regular system checks, updates, and patches.
- Reduce downtime and interruptions by responding to alarms and resolving problems.
- By identifying and addressing hardware and software problems, you may offer end users and internal teams technical assistance.
