Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and keep track of all platform sales plans and data analytics
- Drive platform sales metric monitoring for reporting and analysis
- At BU BAG reduction, timely level planning will check and communicate data.
- Work with the central analytics team to assess and enhance future performance by gauging the success of sale events.
- Organise data-driven projects to improve various corporate processes and reporting
- Work with the core product and technology teams to create reporting automation.
- Examine trends in inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the effects of marketing campaigns.
- Influence different teams and stakeholders within the organisation to adhere to project deadlines and goals
- Set up reporting procedures for simplifying operations
- Forecasting sales and trend analysis
- Create insightful analyses and patterns that will influence future sales events.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3+ years of data management job experience (Programme Management, Merchandising, Category, Business, Marketing) in the e-commerce/analytics sector
- MBA or PGDM in marketing preferred, along with good analytical abilities and business sense
Preferred skills:
- Results-driven and ownership-driven, they can fully own a process or project while paying close attention to every last detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities and the capacity to manage stakeholders across disciplines and functions.
- a focus on the consumer and the capacity for tactical and strategic thought.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere and quick learner
