Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing cloud operational models that fulfil their promises of innovation, agility, cost savings, and quick time to market.
- Modernise the client’s operational model by using a comprehensive strategy that spans several aspects. Process, governance, skills, culture, tooling & technology, and organisation will be some of these dimensions.
- Leverage and maximise our clients’ current ITSM tool and framework investments.
- In order to creatively develop, design, and implement new business and operating models, you will be expected to collaborate and interact with all levels of a company. To accomplish long-lasting and sustainable organisational improvements, you’ll bring a keen understanding of market trends and the difficulties facing our clients.
- Centres of Excellence for the Design, Implementation, and Management of the Cloud.
- Combining cloud operating models with corporate operating models.
- Experience with intelligent process automation and lean process design is preferred.
- DevSecOps models must be implemented along with the requisite tooling, organisational change, and procedures.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
- Experience using public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for large or mid-sized enterprises’ cloud strategy and implementation.
- Engineering and operational concepts for cloud security and governance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least one complete Cloud Target Operating Model engagement was worked on.
- Provides a thorough understanding of the cloud target operating model.
- Has project experience in at least two fields, such as cloud strategy, business cases, devops, and finops.
- Lead successful large-scale, complex IT transformation delivery engagements in alignment with a client’s strategic objectives.
- Delivered and led advisory engagements, delivering positive outcomes and identifying possibilities to deliver follow-on work.
Preferred skills:
- Cloud certified – AWS/Azure/GCP
