Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Transaction Risk Management team, you will examine potentially fraudulent or high-risk transactions and take appropriate action on customer accounts in accordance with established client policy.
- The team reviews KYC documents as necessary, ascertains the veracity of the customer profile, looks into customer fraud accusations, and takes the necessary steps on customer accounts in accordance with client regulations.
- You will be in charge of anticipating, preparing for, and responding to risks and issues that may affect the project in Risk Management.
- This includes rating the risks’ seriousness, taking into consideration the possibility that they will materialise, and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- You will be required to adhere to an agile methodology that supports continuous project delivery by integrating risk management into scrum roles, artefacts, and events.
- You must tackle common challenges in this position mostly using precedent and broad rules.
- You will receive detailed instructions on all tasks in this role.
- The decisions you make in this role have an impact on your own work and are closely supervised.
- You will be an individual contributor as a member of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
