Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Assemble data from a variety of sources (databases, data warehouses, data integration, and modelling), and analyse patterns and trends.
- Create record-keeping procedures and guidelines.
- Create and develop connections with your client base at all levels, and learn about their needs.
- Providing the clientele with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account evaluations.
- Determine places where procedures can be made more efficient and automated.
- Establishing and maintaining automated data processing.
- To help data validation and cleaning, identify, evaluate, and put into practise external services and technologies.
- Create and keep an eye on important performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- Learn about the process from a SME (internal or client) and become certified in the process.
- Participate in and effectively complete programmes for roles-related training.
- Accountable for effectively managing allocated duties.
- Responsible for handling simple transaction processing.
- Maintain accuracy & productivity in accordance with team needs.
- Ensure timely and correct service delivery in accordance with client SLAs and compliance with client contractual obligations.
- Respond quickly to inquiries from internal or external stakeholders.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Data Privacy requirements.
- Verify adherence to the time recording regulations.
- Adherence to team schedules, floor policies, and leave arrangements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or business.
- BBA/ B.Com/ MBA/ M.Com
- 0 to 24 months of work experience.
- Effective written and vocal English communication abilities.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as other common computer programmes.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent understanding of the capital and money markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to collaborate and talk with others in a team.
- Powerful analytical abilities.
- Advanced familiarity with DOS, software, and online tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities; ability to connect with consumers.
