Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with internal departments (product, technology, customer support) and outside stakeholders to address any obstacles.
- Maintain daily/weekly trackers and reports to document on-the-ground actions, monitor performance indicators, and give key stakeholders visibility.
- Prepare and maintain operational procedure documentation, making sure that procedures are well-documented and readily available to team members.
- Determine process improvements and bottlenecks, then address them.
- Contribute to product development by offering suggestions based on routine procedures/operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A new student eager to learn and keep up with operating standards.
- Expertise with MS Office programmes, notably Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Able to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to achieve the necessary level of performance.
Preferred skills:
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, diligent, and self-controlled.
- The ability to manage time effectively and a strong feeling of responsibility to provide high-quality results.
- Technical prowess and the capacity to comprehend and articulate difficult ideas.
- Interest in finding out more about the features and goods offered by the company.
- Equally at ease with daily progress tracking and execution as they are with long-term planning
- Is able to show that they have logical problem-solving skills.
