Key Responsibilities for Technical Support:

  • Candidates must be able to manage incoming calls and emails for problems reported with these services and offer L0 support.
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to offer call/chat assistance to IBM customers. The primary responsibility is to create PMRs, Tickets, and Cases in the tool and forward them to the technical team for further resolution. Additionally, to inform technicians to deliver services to consumers within the agreed-upon time limit (Service Level Agreement).
  • Meet your KPI goals, such as those for Customer Satisfaction Scores (NPS), No Escalations, AHT, etc. The job description may also call for handling escalations at times and serving as shift leader on the weekends in the absence of designated supervisors. The position also has management duties for the support mailbox.

Key Responsibilities for Content Developer:

  • Create reusable, templated HTML frameworks for different brands while ensuring that fonts, colours, renderer, and other elements are all optimised.
  • Working with the design team, create responsive, functional emails from the mockups.
  • Recognise the marketing strategy for prospective campaigns as well as data segmentation and distribution lists.
  • Deliverables for QA/testing in programmes like Litmus: debug when necessary
  • Send test seeds through email to internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
