Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine, record, and enable areas of potential in the quote-to-cash process for cloud offerings.
• Consult with important parties in Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Engineering to determine business priorities and success factors; provide findings and recommendations; and write business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
• Work together with IT professionals to create solutions that satisfy corporate needs.
• Improve the customer experience by streamlining the client onboarding process through collaboration across business sectors and using the right analysis and research.
• Standardise processes for 3rd parties’ involvement in cloud functionality and customer enablement.
• Create and manage processes and procedures that standardise the full quote-to-cash process and assist business operations.
• Make sure that all business procedures adhere to Agile principles.
• Conduct business research, comprehend business regulations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field.

Preferred skills:

• Proven ability to solve problems and manage others.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Specialised writing.
• Having project management experience.
• Relational database expertise, as well as a working knowledge of computer science.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation is preferred but not necessary.
• Having knowledge of project management applications like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
