Key Responsibilities:
- To make sure that client requirements are met and to streamline the process for future projects, business process outsourcing processes and projects are carried out from identification to post-implementation.
- Aids in establishing the scope and goals of outsourcing projects. analyses and records customer needs in order to give the project development and implementation team the necessary information for the client (s).
- Creates work schedules, outlines the project’s parameters, and confirms accuracy with the client. to make sure deadlines and deliverables are met, project schedules are monitored.
- Helps business applications undergo performance and integration testing to make sure user requirements are met and client requirements are met.
- Before the system is finished, clients are shown how to put it up. throughout implementation and management, compares system configuration to requirement specifications for testing and analysis.
- Observes procedures, addresses participant difficulties, and escalates as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar combination of education and experience
- Degree in a related subject, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology, is desirable.
- No more than 0 years of experience in business process outsourcing, consulting, or system implementation
- Working knowledge of business procedures
- Working knowledge of the infrastructure and applications of information technology
Preferred skills:
- Time- and resource-management abilities
- Fundamental facilitation, presenting, and communication abilities
