Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the distribution chain and engage in personal selling to meet sales goals.
- Managing the front-end and back-end infrastructure of the distribution system.
- Use MIS reports to systematically analyse, extract, and find potential gaps and opportunities to enhance performance in your particular geography.
- To increase sales, engage in negotiations with distributors and train his staff in customer management.
- Develop and utilise connections with the trade to improve our market position. Use the same to create and deliver market reports and comments to the branch office.
- Examine strategies for enhancing customer service to increase market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the distributor and the distributor’s sales team and take corrective action as necessary (infrastructure gaps).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required a Full-Time Minimum Graduation
- Channel Sales Experience of at Least Two Years.
- Outstanding at RS Distribution Management and ROI Calculations
- Must be knowledgeable about RS appointments and sales planning
- Executing and conducting promotional activities
- MS-Office proficiency, especially with Excel
- It is desired to have decent English and local language communication.
