Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of merchant fund release requests, alongside thorough research and reconciliation of merchant accounts.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining an 80/20 calling ratio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client managers to handle requests effectively.
- Provide service and support to various stakeholders including Merchants, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Submissions, ESSU, CMS, Acquisition, Network Development, Risk Management, and Welcome Acceptance.
- Review, analyze, and process merchant requests, ranging from simple to complex.
- Utilize information from business and legal documents such as Articles of Inc., Business license, Guarantee Agreements, IRS documents, AMEX Terms and Conditions, Policies and procedures, and PAD Agreements to fulfill critical maintenance requests.
- Ensure cases are executed in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines to enhance the merchant experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and collaboration skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Display self-direction with exceptional follow-through.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction with a sense of urgency, setting an example for delivering extraordinary customer care.
- Interact professionally with clients at all levels.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Work the Monday – Friday – 1930 – 0400 IST shift.
