Key Responsibilities:

Uphold PRIDE (Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence) in all tasks undertaken.
Deliver predetermined outcomes with the utmost quality and efficiency.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks, leveraging the global organization’s support when needed.
Perform due diligence and client surveillance in accordance with policies, maintaining strict confidentiality and achieving 100% accuracy.
Ensure client objectives are achieved while strictly adhering to all processes and procedures.
Serve as a facilitator between our global teams, local teams, and Australian clients, emphasizing urgency and striving to exceed expectations.
Contribute to the development of project objectives and, if necessary, lead their implementation.
Collaborate with client teams within the scope of your delegated authority.
Manage teams and initiatives as required.
Assist in the review of policies, SOPs, and process flows, providing recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Capability to comprehend the broader context, work autonomously, initiate actions, and foster team collaboration to address challenges.
Proficiency in building, assessing, and guiding teams.
Capacity to exercise independent judgment and discretion while managing highly sensitive casework.
Proficient business communication skills in English are essential.
Exposure to contact center operations.

Preferred skills:

Demonstrated experience in Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management.
Background in Customer Lifecycle Management, including KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, Offboarding, Periodic Review, and Client Middle Office functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with adeptness in managing team and client interactions.
