Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers as a Business Expert.
- Spend time on the sales floor, engaging with both first-time and existing business customers to understand their needs.
- Generate new leads and cultivate relationships through various channels, including phone interactions and in-store workshops/events.
- Uncover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to develop and present proposals.
- For customers with more intricate requirements, collaborate with the entire Business Team to create optimal solutions.
- Provide comprehensive sales support options to customers, ensuring they are informed and aware of available resources.
- Engage customers in envisioning the possibilities of integrating Apple technology into their businesses, contributing to the success of both the team and the customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess knowledge of how businesses leverage technology and an understanding of the benefits Apple solutions can provide to them.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the phone to engage with customers and effectively present business solutions.
- Exhibit the ability to enhance business experiences by conducting in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive environment by respecting differences and maintaining a curiosity to learn from others.
- Demonstrate the embodiment of Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Preferred skills:
- Possess a minimum of one year of experience in business sales.
- Demonstrate ease in generating qualified leads through telephone outreach.
- Showcase strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Fluent in the local language.
- Exhibit flexibility in your schedule, as work hours will be based on business needs.
