- Respond to incoming client help requests via telephone and email in a polite and professional manner.
- Document essential end-user information such as name, department, contact details, and the nature of the problem or issue.
- Update personal availability in the RAVE system to optimize process productivity.
- Record, track, and document all queries, including problem-solving steps and the outcomes of successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures to address client queries.
- Resolve client issues in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLA) defined in the contract.
- Utilize internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions for effective problem resolution.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product details to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Document and analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and proactively address potential future problems.
- Maintain and update self-help documents to expedite resolution times for customers.
- Identify and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader in cases of untimely resolution.
- Ensure the provision of all necessary product information and disclosures to clients both before and after calls or email requests.
- Mitigate legal challenges by adhering to service agreements.
- Eligibility for application is open to graduates; however, postgraduates are not eligible.
- Proficiency with Google/Apple Maps is an additional asset.
- Capable of handling various short- and long-term map projects, with the ability to adapt to new assignments.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work.
- Commits to adhering to deadlines while striving for productivity and efficiency, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Proactively escalates issues and seeks advice when confronted with complex problems.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules, including night shifts, and demonstrates flexibility in working hours.
- Open to working from the office.
- Mandatory requirement of excellent English communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong comprehension skills with the capability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
- Exhibits effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work time, ensuring productivity.
- Proficient in using desktop/laptop computer systems, with familiarity in MS Excel/Spreadsheet and Powerpoint/Slides.
