Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain business controls as per requirements.
- Respond to data requests and generate client-specified reports promptly.
- Articulate and communicate effectively with clients and end-users.
- Escalate received issues in different batches and support the team in achieving SLA and TAT associated with Correspondence, Payments, PIA, and Write-off.
- Deliver quality metrics as defined by customers.
- Develop a complete understanding of procedures and ensure 100% process adherence to transaction processing timelines.
- Complete transactions for data preparation, submissions, etc., as defined in SOPs.
- Adhere to audit compliance (SAS 70, SOX, Statutory Audit) for all processes as outlined in process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines as documented.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates from the 2021-2023 batch are welcome.
- No backlogs should be present.
- Individuals currently pursuing graduation or higher studies are not eligible.
- All candidates must possess original semester mark sheets and a provisional certificate.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing.
