Key Responsibilities for Financial Analyst:
- Offer guidance to corporate organizations concerning expense budgets and forecasts.
- Take ownership of the complete life cycle, from annual budgeting to monthly forecasting to analyzing actual results, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on reducing expenses by effectively managing information and providing valuable advice.
- Continuously enhance processes and reporting to align with the requirements of senior business partners.
Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:
- Build the sales pipeline and identify new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads, making outbound cold calls, and sending emails. Actively prospect for business opportunities within specific named accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales bookings targets, surpassing monthly goals for new sales opportunities and booked meetings.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing, staying informed about local Go-To-Market strategies and business priorities.
- Navigate organizational charts through outbound prospecting to discover new opportunities.
- Secure in-person or virtual meetings for Field sellers and facilitate the handoff of information to sellers.
- Manage relationship-building activities to maintain warm leads.
- Develop and sustain a constant and future pipeline.
- Research markets and industries to identify potential customers and initiate first contact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A master’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant working experience is highly desirable.
Preferred skills:
- Technical expertise in budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, driving issues toward resolution.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, and relatively unstructured work environment.
- Ability to delve into details while also analyzing data from a high-level perspective.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Team player with an internal customer-focused approach.
- Works effectively with minimal supervision, providing necessary updates on work performed.
