Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for programming, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems application software following MasterCard standards, processes, and best practices.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within specified time and budget constraints.
- Research, create, and evaluate technical solution alternatives to meet business needs.
- Generate systems and testing documentation according to department standards.
- Adhere to standards in development and testing to ensure compliance with Audit Requirements.
- Follow MasterCard Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Support the collection and reporting of project and software metrics.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies.
- Have 0 to 12 months of experience in the software engineering field.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Exhibit high energy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Rapid learning and implementation of new technologies, frameworks, and tools for applications.
