Key Responsibilities:
- Define the important KPIs and play a crucial role in the pod strategy. Additionally, you’ll keep an eye on performance patterns and have a say in any interventions.
- Work closely with the product and business functions to comprehend the business challenge and convert it into the appropriate analytical problem statement.
- Take full ownership of the insight generating process and focus on in-depth, exhaustive analysis to offer objective solutions to the identified problem statement.
- Your presentation of the evidence will have an impact on these insights and judgements based on a data-driven hypothesis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Preferred skills:
- A minimum of 0.6 M to 3 years of relevant analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; business savvy; product-specific interest; and the capacity to create complicated SQL queries to aggregate and modify many data sources for dashboarding and analysis.
- Data intuition and the capacity to manage huge data sources
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel and data visualisation programmes like PowerBI, Tableau, and QlikView
- Understanding of fundamental statistical principles and data-analysis programming languages like R and Python is expected;
- Construction ML model construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates will have an edge if they can explain the reasoning behind their analysis.
