Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the technical point of contact for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for the resolution of issues relating to the installation, advised maintenance, and use of Oracle products as an Associate Support Engineer.
- Your major responsibility will be to deliver level one support to clients who contact the Oracle Solution Centre, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and adhere to all regulations (primarily online).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
