Key Responsibilities:
- Support central collation and monitoring of GDS Operational requirements
- Assist in central co-ordination, tracking, reporting
- Support in multiple activities in creating stakeholder connect
- Support in coordinating learning, Corporate Responsibility and wellness initiatives
- Working on defining matrix-based responsibilities of different functions [ central vs locations]
- Keeping a tab on new things, things which has moving responsibilities [i.e. areas which require coordination between different teams, leading them to close and getting them defined at right place]
- Emphasis on use of technology and data analytics in this job responsibilities
- Other activities that fit in the job summary and purpose of the job.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master Degree/ Bachelors / Under Graduate Degree in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and attitude to learn and grow
- Prior experience in organizing events and projects (e.g. college events) would be an added plus.
Preferred skills:
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Completion of University Degree ( No Arrears )
- College/University Provisional Certificates.
- Delivery ability (Individual Contributory role)
