Key Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to design, manage, and improve industrial operational processes, including procurement, supply chain management, facilities engineering, and maintenance.
- Support the planning and implementation of industrial transformation initiatives, including project management and change management activities.
- Develop and strengthen technical expertise in Industrial Operations Engineering and apply relevant knowledge to assigned projects.
- Share technical expertise and provide guidance and support to colleagues to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
- Understand and interpret client requirements to develop appropriate engineering solutions that meet business needs.
- Execute assigned responsibilities independently or with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and effective delivery of tasks.
- Identify problems and assess relevant issues in straightforward situations, analyse possible solutions, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and interact with customers to support project objectives and maintain productive working relationships.
