Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze healthcare data under the guidance of the manager to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with onshore client-facing teams and offshore delivery teams to translate business requirements into technology deliverables, analytical reports, and pharmacovigilance-related outputs, including adverse event and product quality complaint (PQC) reporting.
- Support project delivery by participating in project kick-off meetings, developing project plans under managerial guidance, adhering to delivery schedules, following established communication protocols, managing project changes, and contributing to successful project execution.
- Coordinate technology configurations, prepare reports using approved research methodologies, monitor quality standards, and deliver accurate and timely project deliverables.
- Participate in research report presentations with clients through virtual or in-person meetings and effectively address client queries related to research findings and analysis.
- Contribute to capability-building initiatives by supporting the enhancement and continuous improvement of social media analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed a Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharma Management, or D. Pharma.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
