Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
- Configure, manage, and optimize routers, switches, and other network devices to support business operations.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN network environments.
- Support the implementation of network security measures and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous infrastructure improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Graduated in the year 2025.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Certifications:
- Possess a valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
- Possess a valid CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
- Have knowledge of Cisco networking devices, technologies, and related networking solutions.
- Possess a solid understanding of network security fundamentals and industry best practices.
- Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Show a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.
