Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for optical system features to ensure high product quality and reliable system performance.
- Execute functional, integration, and system-level testing to identify defects, validate functionality, and report issues using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to analyze defects, verify bug fixes, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and overall test coverage.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted verification frameworks to enable intelligent test execution, validation, and quality assurance.
- Design and implement data pipelines and analytics dashboards to transform test results into actionable quality metrics and business insights.
- Design, validate, and optimize optical networking test scenarios to ensure platform stability, service reliability, and performance.
- Apply machine learning techniques to predict potential system failures, identify quality risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze test results and performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance product quality.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and quality metrics to support development and release processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of communication and networking systems to support verification and testing activities.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Python-based automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Hands-on experience working with test automation frameworks for validation and regression testing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience performing data analysis to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for quality improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and experience using AI-assisted tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs), GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to enhance test generation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex networking scenarios, identify root causes, and validate effective solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure high product quality.
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced, high-technology development environments.
