Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, data, and insights for process improvement initiatives.
- Perform performance and data analysis to assess the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements and operational changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and key insights to stakeholders.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence, improve efficiency, and foster business growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, process improvements, and performance metrics to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Risk Professional (CRP) are preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of compliance risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making by analyzing business data and deriving actionable insights.
- Good understanding of information security risk management principles and industry standards.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills to support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Certifications:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.
- Certified Risk Professional (CRP) certification is an added advantage.
