Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative technical solutions, including AI-powered applications, to support organizational growth and scalability.
- Solve complex technical challenges by applying strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Build and enhance solutions for BlackRock and multiple client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem.
- Develop applications using modern technologies such as AI, Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, and other open-source frameworks.
- Work in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and promote the adoption of industry best practices.
- Develop testable, maintainable, and scalable software while continuously driving incremental innovation.

- Collaborate with users, designers, developers, and product managers to transform ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working with AI open-source frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Possess experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Have a good understanding of Agile software development methodologies and related tools.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
