Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed-Level Design (DLD) documents for 5G NSA/SA Core Network solutions based on customer requirements.
- Perform integration, deployment, and In-Service Software Upgrade (ISSU) activities for the 5G Standalone (SA) Packet Core Cloud-Native Functions (CNFs).
- Deploy Cloud-Native Functions (CNFs) across cloud platforms, including NFVI, CNIS, and OpenShift environments.
- Collaborate with Managed Services (MA) and onshore teams on a daily basis to support delivery activities related to modeling and data migration.
- Perform system configuration, provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
- Provide technical consultation to customers and drive effective solution implementation at customer locations.
- Guide and mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and providing support whenever required.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing business priorities while meeting project deadlines.
- Be willing to travel as required to support customer engagements and business needs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate expertise in the solution design, architecture, and integration of Packet Core network nodes, including SGSN, MME, AMF, GGSN, EPG, SMF, PCC, PCG, PCRF, SAPC, CCPC, PCF, ePDG, and WMG.
- Possess comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of Packet Core network solutions and their deployment lifecycle.
- Have a strong understanding of 4G and 5G network architectures, call flows, and advanced telecom technologies, including Handover (HO), VoLTE, EPS Fallback, VoNR, VoWiFi, IoT, and related mobile core services.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in 5G Core Network Functions, including AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, and NRF.
- Possess a solid understanding of Packet Core Cloud-Native Function (CNF) interactions with UDM, CCPC, and ENL, including both direct and indirect communication through the Service Communication Proxy (SCP).
- Have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure environments such as NFVI and CNIS, along with the deployment of EPC and 5G Standalone (SA) solutions on cloud platforms.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 5G Mobile Core technologies and emerging innovations within the telecommunications domain.
- Possess expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies, including RHOSP, CEE, Kubernetes, and ECCD across BSP, Dell, HP, and HDS environments, as well as orchestration platforms such as ATLAS, ECM, SDI, OMC, and EVNFM.
- Have hands-on experience in onboarding, integrating, and managing Packet Core Cloud-Native Functions (CNFs), including PCC, PCG, and CCPC, across diverse cloud environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to support the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of Packet Core and 5G Core network solutions.
