Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily customer and vendor creation and modification requests for third-party and intra-company entities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Handle emergency customer and vendor requests in a timely manner to support critical business operations.
- Communicate with requestors to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information, and ensure accurate request processing.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to ensure the timely completion of daily operational activities.
- Apply a sound understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes while performing assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with established accounting principles, internal controls, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accuracy, data integrity, and proper documentation throughout the customer and vendor master data management process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality methodologies and best practices.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, OneSRM, and e-sourcing tools.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
