Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the respective technical team members.
- Assist with matters related to fees, billing, invoicing, and budgeting while ensuring effective team communication and support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform non-technical planning and organizational activities for the assigned accounts and engagements.
- Ensure that all required documentation is properly maintained, filed, and archived in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for client teams, including senior leadership.
- Review working papers and client folders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement productivity and contribute ideas for enhancing client service delivery.
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned engagements and coordinate communication among relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the services provided by the engagement and use this knowledge to provide relevant suggestions and recommendations.
