Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze denial, payment, and open accounts receivable (AR) trends by payer and site through detailed root cause analysis.
- Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying insights through data-driven root cause analysis.
- Customize operational and strategic reports based on project objectives and client requirements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Work effectively during US shift timings (3:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST).
- Adhere to the organization’s return-to-office (RTO) and hybrid work policies as per official guidelines.
- Comply with the terms of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and business directives, including changes to work location, team assignments, shift schedules, work arrangements, and other operational requirements as determined by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, with exposure to RCM reporting and analysis.
- Experience or expertise in the RCM domain is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while providing regular updates on work progress.
