Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications in accordance with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective software solutions.
- Perform debugging, testing, and validation to ensure application quality, functionality, and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews by providing constructive feedback and implementing recommended improvements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues proactively to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is an added advantage.
- Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer I certification is preferred.
- ISTQB Certified Tester certification or an equivalent software testing certification is desirable.
- Genpact BUILD – Digital Marketing certification or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools for effective teamwork.
- Understanding of design thinking principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong professional communication and executive presence.
- Ability to work effectively in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Good organizational, time management, and personal effectiveness skills.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
